Visibility Where It Matters Most

A standard laptop screen typically offers around 250 nits of brightness. However, outdoor visibility requires much more. Our latest outdoor series achieves 1000 to 2500 nits of ultra-high luminance. This ensures that critical data—whether it’s a payment interface or a navigation map—remains crystal clear even under strong mid-day sun.

The Magic of Optical Bonding

Brightness alone isn't enough. Our modules utilize Optical Bonding, a premium manufacturing process that fills the air gap between the touch glass and the TFT panel with a special optical resin. This process delivers three critical advantages:

  1. Eliminated Reflection: By removing the air gap, we drastically reduce internal light refraction, resulting in deeper blacks and sharper contrast.

  2. Moisture & Dust Proof: The bonded layer prevents condensation (fogging) from forming inside the screen during humid mornings or rapid temperature changes.

  3. Enhanced Durability: The solid resin layer acts as a shock absorber, making the display significantly more resistant to impact and vibration.

Built for Efficiency

High brightness usually means high power consumption, but our engineering team has optimized the LED backlight driving scheme. By integrating Ambient Light Sensors (ALS), our modules can automatically adjust brightness based on the environment—blazing bright during the day and dimming at night to save energy and extend the backlight lifespan to over 50,000 hours.
